30-Day Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: For health and safety reasons, dietary supplements must be returned unopened, with the safety seal intact, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used supplements.
Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at windbossglobal@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
